BERMUDA
Bermuda is a British territory in the North Atlantic Ocean of the east shore of North America. The capital city is Hamilton. The island was named from a European explorer Juan de Bermudez in 1503 a Spanish sea captain hence the name Bermuda. He never landed in the islands but made two visits to the archipelago which he created a recognizable map. It is known for its pink sand beaches such as Elbow Beach and Horseshoe Bay. It has a distinctive blend of British and American culture which can be found in its capital Hamilton. Its massive Royal Naval Dockyard complex has modern attractions like the interactive Dolphine Quest with Maritime history at the National museum of Bermuda.
